“Jarrod is amazing! I was very nervous before meeting him about how my two dogs would react to a stranger watching them and taking them out on walks. But, as soon as I met him, I felt so much more at ease because he jumped right in and helped my dogs feel comfortable. One of my dogs can be reactive especially in our apartment elevator so I did not want to let just anyone watch him, I needed to make sure it was someone who really knew what they were doing and how to handle it. Jarrod did fantastic with this and was very understanding too. He kept me up to date throughout the day so i felt comfortable.
