We booked multiple daycare with her, and over Labor Day Weekend we booked 3 nights for our baby during the hurricane (Dorian) since we went on a cruise. Raquel sent us photos, updates, and was absolutely amazing. We had to add 2 more nights to our booking because she ship couldn't return to Miami on time due to the hurricane, and Raquel was flexible and made it easy for us to book additional nights. She was responsible, responsive to my messages and questions, sent us updates, and the most important, she treat our fur baby with the love he deserves and I know he had a great time with her. We are so lucky to have found an amazing dog sitter like Raquel!!!”
